Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Image

DIKHIL, Djibouti – Members from the 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion, Djibouti Ministry of Health and Cuban medical personnel work together to provide health assessments and treatment to approximately 140 people during the two-day medical civic action program at Dikhil, Djibouti, May 11, 2016.
