Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Image

DIKHIL, Djibouti – Soldiers from the 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion work with Djibouti Ministry of Health, Cuban medical personnel and translators to provide treatment to the people during a medical civic action program at Dikhil, Djibouti, May 11, 2016. Cashman. The ceremony, presided by US Marine Corps General Michael Langley, commander US Forces AFRICOM, was held at 11 Degrees North in Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
