Weather Balloon Launch in the Horn of Africa

CAMP LEMONNIER, DJIBOUTI- U.S. Air Force Special Operations Weather Technicians, Special Operations Command Africa, inflate a weather balloon to be launched as a demonstrate to Djibouti officials at Camp Lemonnier, Dec. 8, 2016. The demonstration was to help the government of Djibouti understands the effects of a balloon launch would have on the air traffic in the surrounding air space.
