CJTF-HOA Brings Experience, Abilities Together to Conduct Sustainment Operations across Somalia

CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti-- Service members deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) welcomed their new commander during a change of command ceremony, June 14. U.S. Army Brig.
