CJTF-HOA Brings Experience, Abilities Together to Conduct Sustainment Operations across Somalia

According to a U.S. Department of State Report from May 2017, “illicit trafficking remains the lifeblood of the numerous bad actors and networks, creating vulnerabilities for nations.”
