CJTF-HOA commander visits civil affairs team giving counter-illicit trafficking training in Tanzania

Tanzanian Wildlife Authority game wardens display items Sept. 28, 2017, that they have confiscated while protecting a game reserve in Tanzania. Civil affairs Soldiers of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa are in Tanzania conducting counter illicit trafficking training, where they are developing the capacity of the Tanzanian Wildlife Authority game wardens to conduct effective patrol operations, information management and civil engagement in order to promote local and regional security and counter transnational illicit trafficking networks.
