Camp Lemonnier, DJIBOUTI- Leadership for Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa changed hands during a transfer of authority ceremony, May 1. U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. David Furness, commander of CJTF-HOA transferred responsibility to U.S. Army Brig. Gen. William Zana, deputy commander of CJTF-HOA.
