Members of U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa assist members of the Djiboutian Armed Forces during the construction of modular shelter systems in and around Djibouti City, Feb. 27, 2017. Service members assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, conducted a mass casualty exercise to test the base's capabilities in the event of an emergency, Nov. 20, 2013.
