CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - U.S. Navy Constructionman Apprentice Christopher Jensen and Petty Officer 1st Class Douglas Rathert, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 74 Detail Horn of Africa (Det. HOA), load NMCB 7 Det. HOA personnel loads baggage onto the aircraft that will take them home after more than 10 months deployed to the U.S. Africa Command area of operations December 16, 2010. NMCB 74 Det.HOA recently turned over with NMCB 7 Det. HOA and is currently supporting Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa in building partner nation capacity and promoting regional stability.
