HOA) discuss building details at the construction site of a schoolhouse in Kontali, Djibouti Jan. 4, 2011. The 84 by 24 -foot block building will serve as an additional schoolhouse for more than 200 students in the region and will be powered by solar energy. NMCB 74 Det. HOA is currently deployed to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, to assist in building partner nation capacity and promoting regional stability.
