DIKHIL, Djibouti (April 19, 2011) - U.S. Army Specialist Alexis Fontan,  402nd Battalion Civil Affairs Team member, scrapes old paint from a Dikhil High School wall April 19. Along with supplying the school with a fresh coat of paint, the team is scheduled to renovate six classrooms and an office. Response force deploys for 1st time
