JUBA, South Sudan (Dec. 7, 2012) - Petty Officer 2nd Class J.P. Brassell, explosive ordnance technician, demonstrates safe handling of a rifle grenade to a Sudan People's Liberation Army soldier in Juba, South Sudan. Brassell is part of a Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa 4-person EOD team that lead classes for 25 SPLA combat engineers who will use the training to equip additional Sudanese soldiers to clear danger zones left in Sudan after nearly 20 years of war.
