In a symbol of cooperative integration between Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa, the Colors were raised by Sailors assigned to Camp Lemonnier in front of the new joint headquarters building May 17. Marking the first time this was conducted in front of one of the installation’s newest structures, the twice-daily ceremony honors both the U.S. and Djiboutian flags. The observance symbols the beginning and the end of the duty day. (U.S Air National Guard photos by Tech. Sgt. Andria Allmond)
