Members of the Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa's 443rd Civil Affairs Battalion's Functional Specialty Team participated in a veterinary engagement in the Tadjourah region of Djibouti, Africa. Their mission was to share best practices in animal care and to strengthen relationships with the host nation of Djibouti.
