Seabees continue to build strong bonds and structures in Ali Oune

In the Arta region in Djibouti, Africa, the Naval Mobile Battalion 133, Seabees, continue working on the construction of a medical care facility. The crew is completing a concrete pour for the slab floor of the living quarters at the facility. The construction of the medical care facility is an ongoing project in the village of Ali Oune.
