After beginning construction of a medical clinic in the Arta Region of Djibouti, Africa, a few months ago, the U.S. Navy Seabees deployed to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, are staying true to their "Can Do!" adage.
