The course is a partnership between Dr. Manyazewal Dessie, senior orthopedic surgeon at Dil Chora Hospital, soldiers of the U.S. Army 418th Civil Affairs Battalion, Charlie Company, and Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 (NMCB 7).

Equipment operators complete road construction to help facilitate US/French mission operations

A project several months in the making finally came to fruition July 30 with the help of a few equipment operators from the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
