Soldiers promote education, build relations in Djibouti

U.S. Army Soldiers with Civil Affairs, in support of Southern European Task Force Africa (CA SETAF-AF) and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), assisted with a library dedication ceremony of a new PK-12 school library at Djibouti City, Djibouti, May 19, 2021.
U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Terrence L. Koudelka, CJTF-HOA deputy commanding general, Liz Canellakis, public diplomacy officer for the U.S. Embassy in Djibouti, and the local school director joined the event, which celebrated the completion and handover of the U.S.-funded construction project.
