CJTF-HOA Seabees leave behind strong bonds with a Djiboutian village prior to re-deployment

Jason Ward recognizes Djiboutian Gendarmerie Mahamoud Ahmed Mahdi for providing additional security to the Seabees assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa while they worked on a construction site at a remote village in the Arta region of Djibouti, Aug. 17, 2017.
