Kenyan Defense Forces (KDF) partners completed a Forward Observer Exchange to share best practices and discuss opportunities for tactics improvement of KDF fire support, artillery and mortar capabilities, recently. The seminar was hosted by the 1-77AR, 1st Armored Division stationed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
