Our area of responsibility is huge - about half the size of the continental U.S.! The CJTF-HOA Religious Affairs team invited other military religious leaders from U.S. Africa Command, U.S. Army Africa, and Air Forces Africa to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, to discuss the challenges and opportunities regarding providing support throughout East Africa.

Djiboutian business owners speak with members of Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, Camp Lemonnier and U.S. Africa Command at an Information Day event for the Djiboutian business community in collaboration with the Djibouti Chamber of Commerce, and the United States Embassy of Djibouti, Mar. 28, 2018. The event provided an opportunity for participants to have discussions on topics covering the opportunities ahead for Djiboutian firms under the Africa First initiative. Guest speakers included the U.S. Ambassador to Djibouti, Larry Andre; Camp Lemonnier Commanding Officer, Capt. Nancy S. Lacore; and Djibouti Chamber of Commerce President, Youssouf Moussa Dawaleh.
