The bell tolls between the names of the fallen as Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One (NMCB-1) of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) Djibouti, are holding a Wreath Laying Memorial Service, May 2, 2017, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The ceremony is honoring seven Navy Seabees who gave their lives while serving NMCB-14 during Operation Iraqi Freedom on May 2, 2004.
