Sailor's assigned to Camp Lemonnier, raised the Colors in a symbol of cooperative integration between Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa, the in front of the newly-slated joint headquarters May 17, 2017. Marking the first time this was conducted in front of one of the installation’s newest structures, the twice-daily ceremony honors both the U.S. and Djiboutian flags. Marking the first time this was conducted in front of one of the installation’s newest structures, the twice-daily ceremony honors both the U.S. and Djiboutian flags.
