Richard Taylor, of the 422nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion, currently assigned to CJTF-HOA’s communications unit, share lessons learned and best practices with Burundian National Defense Force Soldiers June 8 – 17, 2016, at Bujumbura, Burundi. The soldiers led a sharing of best practices for installing, operating, and maintaining their African Data Sharing Network satellite terminal.
