Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) integrates with Camp Lemonnier Djibouti (CLDJ) personnel to conduct a Base Cluster Defense tabletop exercise in order to increase capacity to execute Joint Security Operations, increase integration of force protection systems, and identify shortfalls with current protection plans and battlefield emergency protocols.

The purpose is enable CJTF-HOA and CLDJ to gain a better understanding of communication and command and control in the Base Cluster Defense plan.
