CJTF-HOA changes the guard, welcomes Task Force Bayonet

U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 144th Infantry Regiment conduct rehearsals before a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Nov. 1, 2017.
