CJTF-HOA and Camp Lemonnier members participate in the Joint Warrior Competition

The Joint Warrior Competition started with a joint physical fitness test including pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, two-mile run, and five-mile ruck march. Members had to carry a minimum of 35 pounds during the march. After the joint physical fitness test, participants started the joint combat fitness test. The combat test was comprised of a low crawl, tourniquet application, buddy carry, radio medical evacuation, grenade toss, tire flip, ammo can carry, dead lift, and rope climb. Competitors also completed a Navy swim test and 400 word essay to round off the event.
