CJTF-HOA leaders attend Djiboutian National Assembly

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Lapthe C. Flora, commanding general, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), and U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Damian T. Donahoe, deputy commanding general, CJTF-HOA, attend the Solemn Opening Session of the National Assembly, in Djibouti, Africa, Oct. 1, 2020. The U.S. military and the country of Djibouti have been close strategic partners since 2002.
