Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Image

Grigsby, Jr., CJTF-HOA outgoing commanding general, during the CJTF-HOA Change of Command ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, April 14, 2015. As the command senior enlisted leader, Sgt. Maj. Skinner is responsible for the CJTF-HOA colors. The senior enlisted leader passes the colors to the outgoing commander and receives the colors from the incoming commander to symbolize the transition of command of the unit.
