Cutlass Express 2016

U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman First Class Aaron Clifford, Cutlass Express medical instructor, explains how to treat a sucking chest wound on a simulated patient to Djibouti Coast Guardsmen and Marines during classroom instruction for exercise Cutlass Express Jan. 31, 2016, at the Djiboutian Coast Guard Academy, Djibouti. Exercise participants conducted a number of maritime security operations to include vessel queries, ship boarding, airborne maritime patrol operations, and search and rescue drills.
