Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Image

A Djibouti Armed Forces service member places a call to confirm connectivity of a Voice over Internet Protocol phone during validation training Sept. 28, 2016, at FAD Headquarters in Djibouti. While conducting the best practices training, the U.S. Army technicians assigned to Combined Joint Task-Horn of Africa also held an Africa Data Sharing Network validation with the FAD soldiers, to prepare them to deploy to Somalia. The ADSN provides network and Voice over Internet Protocol capabilities between the several African countries participating in the Africa Union Mission in Somalia. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
