The French host a NEO exercise with CJTF-HOA members and international partners in Djibouti

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Dominique Spencer, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, rests in a holding facility during a non-combatant evacuation exercise (NEO) at the French Marine 5th Regiment, Nov. 16, 2016, in Djibouti, Djibouti. During this portion of the NEO exercise, participants were offered cots during the wait before boarding the aircraft.
