The French host a NEO exercise with CJTF-HOA members and international partners in Djibouti

U.S. service members assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and volunteers wait in a temporary holding area during a non-combatant evacuation exercise (NEO) at the French Marine 5th Regiment, Nov. 16, 2016, in Djibouti, Djibouti. Members spent a few hours in the facility before the final part of the exercise: loading onto an aircraft.
