Combat Patch Ceremony

U.S. Soldiers assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa's operations directorate are presented with the U.S. Africa Command combat patch during a ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 25, 2017. The combat patch distinguishes Soldiers who have deployed to a combat zone, and is worn on the right shoulder, opposite the higher headquarters unit patch.
