CJTF-HOA engineers verify quality and care with Africa First Initiative in Djibouti

Members of the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Engineers Branch work with laborers from the Djibouti First initiative on approximately ten local renovations projects throughout the Republic of Djibouti, July 7-8, 2017.
