Survival Skills Training

U.S. Soldiers assigned to Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa collect leaves during survival skills training on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Oct. 13, 2018. The service members placed the leaves in a plastic bag and exposed the bag to the sun, which allowed condensation to gather and enabled them to create an alternative water source in an austere environment.
