CJTF-HOA Foreign Liaison Officers observe U.S. Navy Maritime Security Operations

Foreign Liaison Officers (FLOs), assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), receive a safety brief prior to observing maritime security operations (MSO) with Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 8 at the Port of Djibouti, Oct. 23, 2018.
