Seabee Transfer of Authority Ceremony

U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 465th Engineer Company, 926th Engineer Battalion, 926th Engineer Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command, based in Birmingham, Alabama, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), stand at attention during a transfer-of-authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 11, 2019.
