CJTF-HOA Plaque Presented to the Commander

U.S. Army Sgt. Joyce Blanco Parades, heavy equipment operator, 760th Engineer Vertical Construction Company, and U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Jody Sambury, self-help leading petty officer, Public Works Department, stand with the plaque they made for the commander’s conference room at Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) headquarters, Oct. 13, 2020, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The plaque was a big undertaking for Blanco Paredes and Sambury who worked for a week on it, but said the finished product was worth the work.
