Combined Joint Task Force - Horn

U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Alexander Rodriguez, an operations noncommissioned officer assigned to Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment, hold the battalion colors during a transfer-of-authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Sept. 19.
