Task Force Paxton Replaces Task Force Tomahawk as East Africa’s Newest Security Forces Unit

The course was sponsored by AFRICOM's Office of the Surgeon and hosted by SETAF-AF Civil Affairs Battalion, Functional Specialty Team (FxSP) in collaboration with Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) from February 24-28, 2025, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
