CJTF-HOA hosts Combat Lifesavers Course

U.S. Navy Sailors learn the differences between a hasty and deliberate tourniquet during a combat lifesavers course hosted by Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 20, 2025.
