Exercise BULL SHARK is a joint-service, multi-national maritime personnel recovery exercise in the Gulf of Aden, off the coast of Djibouti, conducted biannually by Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Participants in the exercise coordinate efforts to respond to crisis, counter hostile activity and conduct tactical combat casualty care.
