Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa members traveled out to villages in the country of Djibouti as a part of their ‘Herd Health Vaccination Engagement’ project which aims to assist local veterinarian personnel with the mass vaccination against the deadly goat plague and promote proper healthcare amongst herds across the nation.

Exercise BULL SHARK is a joint-service, multi-national maritime personnel recovery exercise in the Gulf of Aden, off the coast of Djibouti, conducted biannually by Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Participants in the exercise coordinate efforts to respond to crisis, counter hostile activity and conduct tactical combat casualty care.
