SFAB builds partner capacity in Djibouti

U.S. Army soldiers assigned to Army Maneuver Advisor Team 2311 (MAT), 3rd Squadron, 2nd Security Force Assistance Brigade and Djibouti military members assigned to the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) of the Djibouti Armed Forces prepare for a live fire exercise at Ali Oune, Djibouti, Oct. 17, 2024. The 218th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, South Carolina Army National Guard, transferred authority of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa headquarters staff mission to the 204th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, Utah Army National Guard, on April 1, 2024, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
