Civil Affairs East Africa supports Djibouti’s fight against COVID-19

The Civil Affairs East Africa Team, in support of Combined Joint Task Force--Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), delivered personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Office National Assistance to Refugees and Disaster in Djibouti City.
