Civil Affairs East Africa supports Djibouti’s fight against COVID-19

U.S. Army Lt. Col. Pamela Johnson (right), assigned to Civil Affairs East Africa, in support of Combined Joint Task Force--Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), delivered personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Office National Assistance to Refugees and Disaster, in Djibouti City, Djibouti, on Nov. 18, 2020.
