CJTF-HOA conducts maritime Exercise Bull Shark

Video package containing highlights from Exercise BULL SHARK 24-1. Exercise BULL SHARK is a joint-service, multi-national maritime personnel recovery exercise in the Gulf of Aden, off the coast of Djibouti, conducted biannually by Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Participants in the exercise coordinate efforts to respond to crisis, counter hostile activity and conduct tactical combat casualty care.

Fundamentals of Global Health Engagement course
Medical personnel from the Djiboutian Armed Forces (FAD), Gendarmerie, the Battalion Intervention Rapide (BIR) and Djiboutian Coast Guard participated in the Fundamentals of Global Health Engagement (FOGHE) course. The course was sponsored by AFRICOM's Office of the Surgeon and hosted by SETAF-AF Civil Affairs Battalion, Functional Specialty Team (FxSP) in collaboration with Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) from February 24-28, 2025, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
